The Lone Star Association of Charitable Clinics held its fourth annual statewide conference for free and charitable clinics. Attended by over 100 participants, this is the only event of its kind in the state of Texas. The conference began with a special legislative event with the presentation of a house resolution declaring March 3, 2011
